Guy Woodcock BSc (Est Man) MRICS: Guy was elected a member of the RICS in 1986, since which time he has practised in North Wales concentrating on commercial property matters, whilst growing the general practice side of this company.  His experience and knowledge has been predominantly in acting for landlords in property matters and he deals with all the rent reviews, lease renewals, and property management matters for an ever growing list of clients.
