Guy Woodcock BSc (Est Man)  MRICS was elected a member of the RICS in 1986, since which time he has practiced in North Wales concentrating on commercial property matters, whilst growing the general practice side of this company. His experience and knowledge has been predominantly in acting for landlords in property matters and he deals with all the rent reviews lease renewals and property management matters for an ever growing list of clients.
 

Chris Armstrong BSc (Hons) FRICS was elected a member of the RICS in 1993 and celebrated becoming a Fellow in 2005. He has practiced in a wide range of property matters throughout North Wales, Cheshire and the Wirral since 1991, joining Guy Woodcock & Company as a partner in 1997. His knowledge and experience were recognised in 2004 when he was appointed to the Expert Witness registration scheme and is past Chairman of RICS North Wales.
 

Graham A Watson FRICS was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in October 1987 having originally qualified in 1966. He has been practicing in North Wales since 1978 having held senior positions within the Welsh Development Agency developing and managing industrial and commercial premises throughout North Wales. Graham joined Guy in 1993 and has acted as a consultant on a variety of surveying subjects and has acted for a number of major clients on rating valuations. He is also an experienced home condition surveyor having taken part in the last two Welsh National House Condition Surveys.
 

Robin Morris M.A, M.R.P.T.I worked within local authority planning and economic development departments in North Wales and Deeside in particular for 28 years. From 1981-1996 he was Planning and Economic Development Chief of Alyn & Deeside District Council. He has a wide range of knowledge and experience in planning, economic development and related matters. He joined Guy in 1996 and has acted as a consultant for a number of clients with work ranging from new large factories through to single dwellings and barn conversions.
