Guy Woodcock & Company was established in June 1991, by the now senior
partner Guy Woodcock, following a number of years working in North Wales, initially for
the WDA from 1982 to 1986, and then for David W. Pearse & Co. from 1986 to 1991.

The Practice grew with the introduction of Chris Armstrong in 1997 bringing in his expertise in the Rhyl and North Wales area, following working with Gareth Williams Commercial. 

A change in the nature of business, with improved technology has seen the practice, now based under one roof, but with the partners/surveyors based at various towns throughout North Wales with the use of computer links.
